USE

The point load strength test is an indicator of rocks, which can measure the point load strength of the sample and the anisotropy of the strength index, that is, the ratio of the maximum and minimum values of different point load strengths.

The point load tester adopts a portable and lightweight structure, and the upper part adopts a precision guide device to ensure that the upper and lower pressure heads do not deviate during the test. The top and fragments are used for loading, so the pressure of rock failure is smaller than that of conventional presses; and the sample does not need to be processed into regular specimens, which is suitable for on-site measurement and is convenient for the determination of low-strength rocks. Oil jack is used for loading, and the test force value is displayed on the double-pointer pressure gauge (the digital display point load meter adopts the reading of precision pressure sensor and force measuring instrument), which can quickly measure the tensile and compressive strength of the rock. This is a simple scientific test tool with the advantages of convenience, economy and speed, and can be used for rock mechanics property tests in coal mines, geology, hydraulic engineering, transportation, construction and other projects.
