Basic Structure

  1. Loading system: It is composed of a loading plate, jack, high-pressure tubing of a manual pump, etc., and the positioning line for jack is engraved on the loading plate.
  2. Bridge measurement: it is composed of support, a beam, a dial indicator, and a bracket. The beam can be raised and lowered along the two support columns to adjust the height.

Installation:

  1. Fix the crossbeam with the support post, preferably 250MM from the ground. The two supports are flat, the columns are on the same straight line, and the height of the beam on the two supports is the same.
  2. Connect the oil pump, high-pressure pipe, and jack.

Preparation Work

  1. Place the load plate on the test point with leveling (preferably covered with a thin layer of fine sand).
  2. Drive the truck to match the test to a certain distance from the test point, the distance should not be less than one meter, and the rear beam of the truck is located directly above the load plate.
  3. Place the jack on the load plate.
  4. Install the measuring bridge so that it is approximately symmetrical to the test point.
  5. Turn the screw on the jack to make the top contact with the rear beam of the truck. When the height is not enough, the pad can be seen.
  6. Install the dial indicator on the dial indicator frame, and the two magnetic table bases are sucked on the two symmetrical points on the diameter line of the load plate, and the contact point of the dial indicator falls vertically on the measuring point of the beam

Matters needing attention and maintenance

  1. The pressure gauge should be kept clean, the dial indicator should not be pulled or impacted at will, and the instrument should be placed in a dry place indoors when not in use. Prevent moisture.
  2. The hydraulic oil of the oil pump should be replenished regularly.
  3. Before testing, all components should be connected intact and not loose.

Note:

  1. Before the oil pump is pressurized. Check for air in the system. If yes, please pressurize several times
