Connect the external experimental equipment that needs to be cooled and connect the water inlet of the external experimental equipment that needs to be cooled with the water outlet of the low-temperature thermostat tank, and then connect the water outlet of the external experimental equipment that needs to be cooled with the water inlet of the low-temperature thermostat. It’s best to use insulated hoses for the water pipes, which is a closed circulation system。
3. If it is only used to cool the sample, you can put the sample directly into the water tank, just connect the outlet and inlet of the high and low temperature water bath. The upper port is the circulating fluid outlet, and the lower port is the circulating fluid inlet and the water drain。

When the temperature is below 35℃, if the temperature control requirement is not high, just turn on the refrigeration switch and turn off the heating switch, and set the parameter cooling hysteresis DN to -0.2℃ and UP to 0.2℃ to control the temperature by starting and stopping the compressor. If the temperature control requirements are high, turn on the cooling and heating switches at the same time and set the parameter cooling hysteresis DN to -10℃. The compressor will continue to work through heating compensation to achieve precise temperature control. Generally, this is used when the temperature fluctuation is 0.2℃. method。
6. When controlling above 35℃, just turn on the heating switch and turn off the cooling switch。
Precautions

3. Do not perform heating work before adding liquid to prevent the heating tube from burning out。
4. During use, avoid debris from entering the working room to avoid blocking the circulating pump and causing the inability to circulate, resulting in poor cooling effect or no cooling。
5. Do not start the circulating pump when the liquid container has no circulating refrigerating liquid or the refrigerating liquid level is too low。
6. There should be enough space around the instrument when in use. There should be no obstacles and blockages in the blind holes on both sides。
7. It is strictly forbidden to turn on the refrigeration compressor when the set temperature is above 40℃。
8. When the liquid in the tank is flammable liquid, it is strictly prohibited to turn on heating。
9. The tilt should not exceed 45 degrees during handling and cleaning。
10. After use, place in a ventilated, dry, and pollution-free environment。
