3. The furnace body of the combustion method asphalt content tester is made of aerospace insulation material, with short preheating time and fast heating speed. It can reach the standard working temperature of 538℃ within 20 minutes, which greatly saves the test time compared with similar products. The temperature control has high precision and high stability; it adopts PWM modulation method and has temperature control with PID function.

When the inside of the furnace body reaches the standard working temperature, the outside temperature of the furnace body is lower than 45℃, which has high operating safety and effectively avoids the influence of high temperature on the measurement accuracy of the electronic scale.
